Things my children have been afraid of when they were two years old:
1. Wind or slight breezes (Cutie)
2. Trees--especially Christmas trees (Bud)
3. Flies in the house (Cutie)
4. Our dog, Traveler, or any other dog (Cutie)
5. Walking barefoot on the grass (Bud)
6. The Red Robin and other mascots (Cutie)
7. The dark (all of them--me too)
8. Lint--it looks like spiders (Cutie)
9. Bathtub water, especially if there's suds in it (Bud--he takes showers now)
10. Bowel movements (Ant and Bud had to rely on Exlax, the yummy chocolate medicine)
11. Airplane noises--doesn't help that we live five or so miles from an airport. (Ant and Cutie)
12. Boogers (Bud still can't blow his nose)
13. Mom checking the blogs--my Bloglines list is long, but I love these people. (Cutie)

Oh, how I hated "fuzzies" when I was a wee one -- especially IN the bathtub, 'cause of course they felt like spiders, and eeek! :)
My 13 are up, too...

Anything that looks like spiders is scary!
Mine turns the computer screen off everytime I even sit down to look at blogs. He's also very afraid of the dark. Great TT.
What a great post. I hadn't thought of looking at their fears by age. The vacuum is one that seems to be constant at that age here.
Those are too cute! Justice is scared of anything just yet. When he was younger he didn't like to go into a loud church service, it was too stimulating to him I think. I was scared of thunder and the deep end of the pool as a child, I guess the pool thing was good. My list is up!
What an interesting list! We have issues with checking the bloglines as well.
We STILL have issues with spiders and any types of bugs, and my daughter is 7 now!

Interesting, very interesting. Lint...B.M.s. YOu know, I ate a box of exlax thinking it was chocolate when I was about 2 or 3. My mom won't let me forget.

What a cute list. Bet the fears were neither cute nor funny at the moment, but later they will. Lint and boogers, who'd have thought?
I've had a really hard time getting my kids to blow their noses too. Not sure what the problem is but they'd rather "sniff" than blow.

You know when I check other TT lists, I am so often amazed at the creative ideas. This was a great list...some of it made me laugh...some of it we have going on at my house. They do grow up fast though...
My kids love most of those things..lol My daughter collects fuzzles..
