Thirteen reasons why I've gained weight lately.
Although I'm not necessarily overweight yet, I'm concerned about the extra 5-8 pounds that have come along in the last six months or so. I can't seem to shake them off like I used to.
- I'll soon be 34, my metabolism is changing, and I haven't changed my eating habits.
- I hate to exercise and sweat.
- My gym membership that my husband gave me for Christmas expired, not that I used it much anyway (see #2).
- I eat ice cream as a late-night snack about 3 times a week.
- If chocolate is around, I eat it.
- I blog during any free time.
- Changed medication?
- My periods are so irregular--maybe I'm just bloated.
- If I want to exercise without children hanging on me, I have to do it early in the morning or late at night, the times I'm the most tired.
- It's summer, too hot to cook, get fast food.
- We've had two birthdays in the family recently and I can't let the leftover cake go to waste.
- I just bought a scale--maybe I've always weighed this much and didn't know it.
- I hate to exercise. Oops, already said that. Any exercise ideas for a beginner?
